7.1 After-sales training
After the customer confirms to purchase the company's products, our company will provide the customer with product use training according to the customer's needs. Before the training, training materials will be distributed to relevant personnel, and the training content includes basic operations, authority settings, troubleshooting, maintenance instructions and other items.
Training provided to customers includes the following:
A. Product hardware, software composition and functional characteristics;
B. The composition and working principle of each module;
C. Maintenance during system operation;
D. Troubleshooting.
7.2 After-sales training methods
After-sales training methods include remote video training or on-site practical training, and the content of after-sales training is divided into installation training and after-sales maintenance training.
